Feedback got smart — image attachments, ticket numbers, and faster replies
When you submit feedback or a correction now, we acknowledge it right away with a ticket number, let you attach screenshots, and email you again when we've resolved it.
Immediate acknowledgement
Every feedback submission now gets an automatic email back within a minute or two. It includes your ticket number, what you reported, and a deep link to the facility or page if your feedback was about something specific. You know we got it.
Attach a screenshot
The feedback modal now accepts image attachments — up to three per submission. Drag them in, paste them, or tap to pick from your camera roll. We resize them to JPEG and store them with your ticket so when we read it we can see exactly what you saw.
We email you when it's resolved
When we close a ticket, you get a second email. If we changed something on the map, the email links straight to the updated facility. If it was a question, the email carries our reply. If we couldn't act on it, the email tells you that too — no ghosting.
Ticket numbers in every email
Every email subject now has a #ticket-number on the end. This matters mostly for Gmail, which used to merge unrelated feedback emails into one thread because the subjects looked similar. With ticket numbers, each thread stands on its own.
Behind the scenes
On our side, every feedback submission gets an AI pre-read that suggests how to respond, flags the right facility if your feedback referenced one, and surfaces relevant past tickets. We still read every one personally and write every reply — but the pre-read means we get to it faster.
