Help when you need it — a "?" button on every page plus suggest a missing stop
A floating "?" button is now on every page so you can always send feedback or get help. And we added a "Suggest a Stop" form so you can submit missing facilities right from the map.
The "?" is always there
Bottom-right corner of every page now has a floating "?" button. Tap it and you get a small help panel with three things: Send Feedback (opens the feedback modal pre-set to the page you're on), Browse Guides (jumps you to Learn), and View Roadmap (jumps you to the public roadmap with voting).
It replaces the old planner-only feedback icon and the various ad-hoc help links on different pages. One button, one mental model, always findable.
Suggest a missing facility
We can't possibly have every marina, fuel dock, anchorage, and dock wall in our database. When you spot one we're missing, tap "+ New" on the planner zoom bar to enter Suggest-a-Stop mode. Tap the map where the missing facility is, fill out a quick form (type, name, any details you know), and submit.
We'll triage it, do our own verification against canonical sources (NOAA, Waterway Guide, marina websites), and create the facility. You get an email when it's in.
New map overlays
The Charts panel on the planner picked up two new overlays:
- NOAA Raster Charts — full chart imagery overlaid on the map
- Satellite Imagery (ESRI World Imagery) — for sanity-checking anchorages or scouting unfamiliar harbors
